Policies

• Card must be placed on file for all bookings.
• A 10% deposit will be charged to the card on file for any appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of set appointment time.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for cancellation without
  48 hour notice.
• A 100% no show fee will be charged to the card on file for not showing up or cancelling your appointment.
• No call no shows will not be eligible to book another appointment.
• If you are sick, or have been around someone who has tested positive for Covid, please do not arrive to your appointment.
• Clients under 18 must arrive with an adult.
• If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service. You will be charged for the service booked, not the cut service.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late & we do not have time to perform your service, you will be charged in full.
